Before founding Bullpen, Brad spent over 20 years as a CFO and financial controller for companies ranging from early-stage startups to established mid-market businesses. He's built budgets from scratch, cleaned up years of messy books, guided businesses through rapid growth, and helped owners understand their numbers for the first time.
He started Bullpen with a simple belief: small business owners deserve the same quality of financial guidance that large companies take for granted — without the overhead of a full-time hire. Every client gets direct access to that expertise, not a junior associate.
